Sucre
Sucre (Spanish: [ˈsukɾe]; Quechua: Chuqichaka; Aymara: Sukri; Guarani: Sucre), officially called La Ilustre y Heroica Sucre (“The Illustrious and Heroic Sucre”), is the official capital city of Bolivia. It is also the capital of the Chuquisaca Department and the sixth most populated city in Bolivia. Sucre is located in the south-central part of the country and sits at an elevation of 2,790 meters (9,150 feet).
